Would You Go For A New BMW M5 Touring?

Six years have passed since #BMW rolled off the final M5 Touring, which was then based on the E61 generation.

During this time, the Germans had the F10 to rival the likes of the Mercedes-AMG E63, Cadillac CTS-V, and others in the segment, but for some reason, the automaker didn't feel the need to add an estate to their high-performance executive model, and it seems that this recipe will continue once the all-new M5 will be ready.

That doesn’t, however, mean that we cannot imagine how such a car would look like, and for that, X-Tomi has penned it with a more muscular body kit. This is highlighted by the new front bumper with larger air intakes, the brand's signature grille that proudly wears the M5 badge, vented front fenders, extended side skirts, and a massive rear bumper, which is only partially visible. Wrapping up its appealing design is a new set of rims that fills the wheel arches almost to the top.

As for the power, this would come from the 4.4-liter, twin-turbo, V8 that sits inside the new saloon, ready to deliver more than 600 horsepower, for the first time in an M5, to all four corners, through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
